Hi, I'm Julia.

I believe sales is one of the most powerful drivers of growth, not just for businesses but for the people behind them. When done well, it builds confidence, unlocks potential, and transforms how we show up in every part of our lives.  Sales, at its best, is a skill that becomes a kind of superpower and it's something anyone can learn.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve built and led enterprise sales teams at Slack and Salesforce, helped scale Series A and B startups, and coached executives, founders, and sellers across industries. During my 7+ year tenure at Slack (and later Salesforce, after its $28B acquisition), I was recognized in the top 10% of global sales leadership. I built high-performing verticals in highly regulated industries like healthcare & life sciences and financial services, leading teams that secured multimillion-dollar contracts with Fortune 50 companies. Across these roles, I’ve closed and advised on over $1 billion in revenue.

What I’m most proud of is helping people sell in a way that feels true to who they are.

Today, I work with both individuals and sales teams to improve how they sell, communicate, and lead. Through my 8-week coaching programs, we work on real deals, real conversations, and the habits that drive consistent, meaningful results. Whether refining a go-to-market strategy or tightening a complex enterprise sales cycle, I help teams sell smarter and with greater impact - all while having fun!

I also specialize in helping teams selling AI and complex products thrive in a market where the old SaaS playbook no longer works. Today’s buyers want clarity, value, and someone they trust. I help sellers become that trusted advisor.

Beyond Coaching

I am an advisor for Women Defining AI (WDAI), where I support their mission to level the playing field for women and non-binary individuals in the AI space.  

My driving questions are simple: How can we leverage AI to solve real challenges? And how can we empower people to become better AI users?  I believe excellent critical thinking is the foundation for effective AI adoption, which I emphasize in my sales coaching work.

I produce and co-host "Not Another AI Podcast" by WDAI, where we amplify diverse voices that bring fresh perspectives to AI conversations. Through the podcast and WDAI's micro-learning modules, we're building a community that makes technology exploration accessible and engaging.  

When I'm not working or tinkering, you'll find me exploring new places, practicing yoga, or spending time with my family.
